The other day when I pulled out the scale, I was 139.5.  This means two things: if I gained 10 pounds, I was 9.5 pounds from my goal weight...if I gained 15 pounds, I was 4.5 pounds from my goal weight.  ugh!! Although I landed on my right hip, somehow I did the most damage to my left knee and quad. I couldn't believe it didn't bruise up although I had torn the skin off in a couple of places. The strange thing is, I can't figure out what I hit it on when I went down.
